        RECIPE OF THE MONTH

        Using the TLC-Program™ principles...each delicious recipe is tested and compiled with much care by 
        TLC-International's laboratory and kitchens.

        Remember to take time to enjoy your food...sit a the table (not in front of the Television or at your desk)...eat slowly and savour each bite!

        Chicken & Chickpea Salad

         

        Ingredients:
        Chicken Breast (allowance)
        Salad variety (allowance)
        Chickpeas (allowance)
        Balsamic Vinegar (allowance)
        Salt and Pepper to taste
        Fresh Thyme leaves (chopped)
        Method:
        Grill chicken and seasoning with any spices you like. 
        Set aside to cool then slice.
        Mix salad ingredients including chickpeas together with vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and thyme leaves.

        Add the grilled chicken and serve.
